Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of food products and rations (including MREs and their components), all sales of these items are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any sealed items with valid expiration dates and intact packaging. This policy helps us ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all customers.

Returns are only accepted for non-food items that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Returns submitted after 30 days from delivery, or items that are not in original condition (damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging), are not eligible for a refund. Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. For eligible returns, please log in to your account, navigate to "Complete Orders," and click on the "Return Item(s)" button. You will receive an email notification once we’ve received and reviewed your return request.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please ensure that your country allows the importation of military or food-related items before placing your order.

Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically calculated based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. You will be able to view all available shipping options and estimated delivery dates during checkout.

All shipping rates are weight-based and follow carrier guidelines. For consistency, shipping weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound as required by our logistics partners.

While we do everything possible to ensure smooth and timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays, import duties, or rejections caused by local customs authorities. Optional shipping protection is available at checkout to help safeguard your order against unforeseen delivery issues.
